The Beharra Springs Gas Plant Camp Upgrade is a project undertaken by Ausco Modular for Beach Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company. The project is located at the Beharra Springs Gas Plant, approximately 20 kilometers south of Dongara and 350 kilometers north of Perth in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.
Beach Energy operates the Beharra Springs Gas Facility, which comprises infrastructure within Production Licences. The facility incorporates field production wells and flowlines, a gas production plant, sales gas pipeline, and associated infrastructure. As part of its ongoing operations and exploration activities in the area, Beach Energy has engaged Ausco Modular to upgrade the accommodation camp at the Beharra Springs Gas Plant. This upgrade will support the company’s planned seismic surveys and potential future exploration and production activities in the north Perth Basin over the next few years.
Our team was engaged to complete electrical design and engineering services for the camp upgrade, working closely with Ausco Modular and Beach Energy to ensure the upgraded facilities meet the highest standards. The scope of our services included:
• Electrical power supply, reticulation, and distribution
• Lighting design and control systems
• Communications infrastructure
• Coordination with other services
