Burswood Point Towers is a landmark $160 million twin-tower development located at the heart of Perth’s entertainment and sporting precinct, on the banks of the Swan River. The project is part of the larger $3.8 billion transformation of the Belmont Park Racecourse, led by developer Golden Sedayu.
Designed by renowned architectural firm DKO, the development consists of two towers – the 19-storey “West Tower” and the 22-storey “Tower B” – linked by a multi-storey car park and an integrated racing steward’s box overlooking the adjacent racecourse. The towers offer a mix of 204 apartments, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse.
