Long Point Brewery

Located on Sea Beach Way in the vibrant coastal community of Point Kennedy, Long Point Brewery is set to become a flagship destination in Western Australia’s craft beer scene. This $13 million two-storey brewpub development, designed by MJA Architects and brought to life by King City, combines an independent craft brewery, restaurant, and function space with plans for future short-stay accommodation, creating a hub for both locals and visitors.

With a capacity to host up to 500 guests, Long Point Brewing Co will offer a family-friendly atmosphere where thongs and sandy feet are welcome. Positioned along the stunning north-facing beachfront, it provides sweeping views and convenient access to a foreshore park and the future Kennedy Bay jetty. The venue is part of the master-planned Kennedy Bay development by Place Development Australia, showcasing a commitment to elevating the region’s amenities and economy.

Aurum Engineering has been engaged to provide electrical engineering services for Long Point Brewery, ensuring that the venue delivers functionality, safety, and sustainability.The scope of services includes:
