Mechanical & HVAC engineering, Perth.
Air conditioning, ventilation, smoke control and building controls — designed alongside the electrical services, in the same model, by the same team.
Aurum’s mechanical team designs heating, cooling, ventilation and life-safety systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial and mining projects. Our mechanical services are led by Director Kevin Boyle, a Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale, complex projects across Australia.
Because mechanical and electrical are designed together, plant loads, switchboards, controls and fire-mode interfaces are coordinated from day one — not reconciled at the end. That means fewer interfaces for the builder, fewer clashes on site and one point of accountability.
